Watermelon-Mint Shooters.
I made this Watermelon shooter in a huge batch for 20 people, so feel free to alter the measurements.
Ingredients:
Watermelon- 1 (A quarter of which is scooped out with icecream scoops into tiny balls)
One dragon fruit or Melon (Optional- also scooped into balls: for aesthetics mainly.)
Mint leaves- 1 bunch: cut and chopped
Soda- 3 bottles
Sugar
Method:
Blend the flesh of one watermelon with sugar and mint into a pulp, strain the seeds out and pour into a large glass container.
Pour in the sodas into the watermelon juice, add the dragon fruit/ melon balls and stir briskly once and store in the fridge till the time it needs to be served.
