Nachos with Chicken.

This is the easiest starter in the menu and hardly required 10 minutes because I had all the ingredients at hand and it only took me a little bit to assemble and pop in the microwave.
Ingredients:
Serves 2-4 people.
1. Corn chips / Nachos / Bingo Max Angles (I personally prefer Mad angles for the added flavour) - 3 packets.
2. Mozzarella Cheese - 100 to 200 gms based on how cheesy you like your nachos.
3. Minced Chicken -250 gms
4. Chopped Onions - 1 cup
5. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
6. Green Chilly sauce- 2 table spoons
7. Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
8. Salt - as per preference
9. Seasoning - as per preference (I used Indian spices, Oregano and mint leaves)
Method:
Heat oil in the pan and fry the onions and add chicken when the onions turn transcluscent. Keep frying the chicken and add the seasoning, salt and turn off flame when chicken is cooked. Do not cook covered to avoid soggy meat.
In a microwave safe bowl, assemble the chips first, and dish out the cooked chicken, and top it with grated cheese and microwave for 2 minutes or till the cheese melts completely. Serve immediately or the chips would get soggy.
Perfect for movie nights or when you really aren’t in the mood to whip up a storm. 😉
